Rates
Therapy:
You MUST be a Connecticut resident for therapy services. If out of state, please see my coaching rates and page for further information.
Individual Therapy (60 minutes): $150
Coaching:
Coaching Session (60 minutes): $150
Coaching Session (30 minutes): $75
Tarot (virtual only) :
Tarot Reading (30 minutes): $60 : 3 card draw (better for 1 small life issue)
Tarot Reading (45 minutes): $75 : Celtic Cross spread- more in depth look at an issue
Email Readings:
This is done via detailed written report. Please specify what area of life you are hoping for me to focus on (relationship, career, spiritual connection). The more specific your question the more detailed and specific your guidance will be. Readings done in the form of email makes no difference in terms of connection of messages received. I will connect with Spirit, your guides, love and light to deliver an honest reflection of what you need to hear at this time.

Insurance for Therapy Services
In-Network:
I am an in-network provider with Aetna, United Health Care, Optum, Oxford, and Connecticare for therapy services.
If you are covered under one of these plans it means that it is possible they will cover sessions either in full or in part.
I’d recommend checking with your insurance carrier to inquire about :
Does my health insurance plan cover mental health services?
Do I have a deductible and if so, how much of it has been met this year?
Does my plan limit the number of sessions I can have per year?
Does my plan cover telehealth services?
Out of Network:
For all other insurance plans; I am considered an out-of-network provider. If you are not covered by one of these plans, it does not mean you can’t utilize your insurance at all. It just means that session fees are due upfront and that you can file for out-of- network reimbursement with your insurance company.
These work similar to rebates where you pay the full price at the store, then you submit a copy of your receipt and rebate form and the manufacturer sends you a rebate check or gift card.
With insurance, the rebate+receipt is called an “insurance superbill”. I will provide a superbill monthly per client request.
Questions to Ask Insurance Provider regarding Out of Network Reimbursement:
How much of my deductible has been met this year?
What is my out of network deductible for outpatient mental health?
What is my out of network coinsurance for outpatient mental health?
Do I need a referral from an in network provider to see someone out of network?
Do you have special allowances or considerations for telehealth services (these are provided via secure video, telephone, or texting services)?
How do I submit claim forms for reimbursement? Claims are forms that are sent to your insurance company to receive reimbursement for sessions that you paid out of pocket.
